Asteria Skyblock is built to collect as little personal data as practical. This policy explains what we collect through the website, Minecraft server, Discord community, and store systems, and how that information is used to operate the server.
What we collect
- Minecraft username and UUID for in-game identification.
- IP address, join history, chat logs, and moderation records for safety and anti-abuse purposes.
- Discord user ID, username, roles, and ticket messages if you interact with our Discord.
- Website analytics such as page views and basic events if analytics are enabled.
- Purchase records from AstroLink, including product, status, Minecraft username, and checkout email where provided.
What we do not collect
- Real names, addresses, or phone numbers unless a payment provider separately requires them.
- Payment card details. Payments are handled by external payment providers.
- Tracking cookies for advertising.
How we use data
- To let players join, play, and keep their ranks, cosmetics, and purchase history.
- To moderate chat, investigate reports, prevent cheating, and protect the economy.
- To fulfil purchases, process refunds, and resolve support tickets.
- To understand which pages and guides help players most.
Data sharing
We do not sell player data. We may share the minimum required information with hosting, analytics, payment, Discord, or moderation tooling providers where needed to run Asteria.
Retention
Server logs and moderation records are kept only as long as needed for operations, safety, appeals, and audit trails. Purchase history may be retained for longer so ranks, refunds, and fulfilment issues can be verified across seasons.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion where legally and technically possible. Some records, such as purchase audit history or moderation actions, may need to be retained for fraud prevention, safety, or legal reasons.
